The MSCC Spring Dinner Dance weekend and our first ever roving AGM

Come to the AGM and enjoy a fun weekend at Burn Hall Hotel, Huby, near York

4th-6th April 2025

An outline of the weekend is as follows:

Friday 4th: Meet at the hotel from 4pm for welcome coffee & cake, followed by an informal hot buffet dinner with open seating so you can catch up with friends, old & new. Table quiz with prizes.

Saturday 5th: After a full English breakfast there will be a choice of visiting the adjacent bird of prey centre inc. flying display, or a modern version of a car treasure hunt.

The AGM will take place at 2 to 4 pm and hot drinks & biscuits will be provided

THE AGM PART OF THE WEEKEND IS FREE TO ALL MEMBERS

In the evening there will be a drinks reception followed by a gala dinner followed by live entertainment and dancing with the Club’s very own highly acclaimed live band – THE PLUS FIVES.

Dress Code – Posh frocks and Black Tie preferred

Sunday 6th: Optional scenic run and Regalia Sales

The costs are: £398 for a couple for 2 nights (£130 to add optional Sunday night if required) to include Dinner, B&B on all nights, admission to Birds of Prey centre and display, Saturday party night with drinks reception, live music & dancing and an exclusive souvenir goody bag.

Single occupancy will be £288 for 2 nights plus £95 to add optional Sunday night
